Une Europe sans frontière Une Europe sans frontière L’espace Schengen Depuis 1995, il vous permet de circuler librement, c’est-à-dire sans contrôle aux frontières dans plus de 30 pays européens : les 27 Etats-membres de l’UE, le Suisse, la Norvège ou encore l’Islande. Il rassemble les 27 Etats-membres de l’UE, le Liechtenstein, la Norvège et l’Islande. La démarche sur l'impact social de la MDE40 WIPSEE se fait tant sur le plan interne que sur le plan externe. En 2024, nous entamerons un autre DLA pour mettre en place notre action d’évaluation de l’impact social de nos activités pour nos publics et sur notre territoire d’intervention Our social impact The approach to the social impact of the MDE40 WIPSEE is carried out both internally and externally. INTERNAL SHUTTER: To date, we have completed a Local Support Diagnosis (DLA) to tackle the issue of social impact head-on in order to keep our commitments and confirm our values and our identity. We are committed to our teams and volunteers in: well-being at work, gender equality and diversity, inclusion and diversity, skills development. To this end, we are setting up regular exchange times, training and interviews, and a Steering Committee extended to our partners, which meets twice a year. An annual social action plan is put in place to guarantee our improvement efforts. EXTERNAL SHUTTER: In 2024, we will begin another DLA to implement our action to evaluate the social impact of our activities for our audiences and in our area of intervention. But we are already participating in working groups on community life with the Mouvement Associatif and RADSI in order to understand the developments currently taking place in: governance, professionalization, competitions, the sustainability of civilian actors and the social sustainability of the actions carried out.
